She helped save me $1500 when State Farm asked me to pay $1500 for storage costs (dealer was asking for storage costs when my vehicle was totaled). Despite talking with the claim adjustor and her manager they would not remove the charge. "I would give 0 stars if it were possible, because even though I went in person to update my quote, the end result is that I'm paying more than what I agreed on, I was mislead by agent "NICOLE" because they changed the policy of my quote without notifying me, and they have poor communication, unprofessional behavior, and they don't want to correct it, because they have shown carelessness many times. It is not something I would recommend to anyone."
